Veronica Sibley

Veronica Sibley was inducted as a Berkeley Rotarian on July 17. She is the Director of Marketing for Senior Alternatives, which is a boutique agency that provides care management and home care services for the elderly. Their office relocated from Oakland to Berkeley in the Fall of 2023. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and brings over 24 years of experience in the senior living industry.

Veronica got her start as a Marketing Director for Aegis of Moraga in 1999 working with families who moved their loved ones into assisted living and memory care. Before joining Senior Alternatives in 2022, Veronica held several positions as a Regional Sales Manager, most recently leading a sales team at Senior Resource Group in the Bay Area. Driven to improve outcomes and moving business forward, she is a trusted advisor and coach to sales team members. She is a skilled facilitator with analytical and problem-solving abilities and a clear understanding of the issues seniors face today. She is also a sought-after speaker who has shared many topics with a variety of audiences.

Veronica was born in Guatemala and is proficient in Spanish. She lives in Sausalito with her dog Gigio and is excited to join Rotary in its service and to forge closer ties with the community.
