Kate Harrison

Kate is a Berkeley City Councilmember representing District 4. She owns and manages Kate Harrison Consulting, specializing in strategic and financial planning, human resources management, and workflow analysis for justice agencies throughout the world. Joining Rotary, Kate says, is a “fourth chapter in my life. . . . I’ve done a lot of different things, but what links them is a desire for service.” She is particularly interested in Rotary’s youth and international programs.
